NightX Founding Access is a paid membership and early-access programme. It is not an investment, does not provide equity, and does not provide financial returns of any kind.

The membership fee covers the stated membership period of NightX social access, together with founding-member status, a permanent founding number and a permanent founding city number.

Features described as coming to NightX are planned, not live. Timelines may change. Founding members receive early access to selected features and events as they roll out.

Priority access to guest-list events means priority consideration or an earlier access window only. Entry is never guaranteed and remains subject to venue capacity, event conditions and applicable law.

Custom NightX IDs are subject to availability and platform naming rules. Founding members receive priority eligibility, not a guaranteed name.

Founding city can be changed once within 30 days of joining by contacting us, subject to availability in the requested city.

Founding Access closes when the 5,000-member allocation is reached. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
